Just following up on L’Oréal Telescopic Mascara and Clinique Moisture Surge CC Cream. While at first pass, I liked them both, I woke up this morning with black specs around my eyes and puffy baggy eyes. So for the mascara, I like the lengthening aspect for my upper outer lashes, but I plan to use it together with another less lengthening mascara, and I will do a better job of removing my makeup at bedtime.
